LAW OF LIFE
Which,
we keep committing day in and day out.

It’s
complicated because, each cause may be connected to many effects, these effects
again become causes of other effects.
So,
How to break this chain of causes and effects and release our self from the
dhukka of life ?
Nature
has put in lots of efforts to keep every being immersed in sex and food. And,
tied with the chains of fear and doubt.
That’s
how the brain works.
The
more we crave for the sensual please the more deep we get into the sufferings.
Because
we generate lots of anger when we don’t get what we want, ill-will towards
others - who insult us, animosity when we fail, loss of interest when we lose
some one or some thing, disgusted when we are let down, arrogance when we win,
Finally we crave more for, few things to happen and few not to happen. Which not
only continues till death, but also after.
Best
and simple way to come out of these unpleasant feelings and thoughts is to
follow wholesome ways of life.
Avoiding
negativity towards others and oneself.
Never
take the law in hands to punish others. Karma will take care. Don’t waste your
time and energy.
No one
is going to live forever. Every one of us has to face death one day.
Forgive
not because the other person has changed or apologized, but you for sure deserve some
peace of mind.
Let go
not because you have failed but for sure you deserve better.
Break
the chains of fear, not because there is no danger, but you have nothing to lose
or gain.
No pain
is going to last forever,
And
no pleasure can satisfy one forever.
Everything
has to end at some point of time.
Have
wholesome thoughts and lead a wholesome life.
Be
happy.
