Every one of us is born with just two types of fear.

Other fears are inculcated into us through our culture and the surrounding environment.
Through our life we accumulate lots of fear inside us. This leads to a form of mental speculation around us. The smaller the mental circle higher the constraints we put on ourselves. We start to live in our own imaginary limits.
When we start aligning with our fears, their control over us increases. Sometimes we are unable to do what we like, due to the amount of fear that gets accumulated in our mind those are the times we feel handicapped by our thoughts.
How to come out of this vicious cycle of fear?
Fear is a protection technique of our mind from any kind of danger.
But due to our way of life “ fear” instead of protecting us it brings us more harm. Because, we are implementing it in a wrong way.
How to come out of this unnecessary fear and imaginary painful thoughts?
“UNDERSTANDING” is the only light to come out, from the darkness of the fear.
We are mostly afraid of change because we doubt, what if I lose that I have in my present.
This can be a person, relationship, name, fame, respect, wealth, comfort… anything to which you are attached to.
We are afraid of failures. I.e. The outcome/result.
Sometimes we are unaware about our strength that whether we will be able to withstand the outcome, result or the pain caused by the change.
How many of us find it tough to come out of an addiction (smoking, drugs etc…). Because we are highly influenced by our brain through our feelings.
Try understanding the outcome; undergo the feelings till you can bear it. It takes time, but it’s worth.
Little by little start tackling your fears, start analyzing them.
Don’t aim too big challenges in a short time, plan it. It’s okay to fail, but try to learn through your mistakes and its consequences.
Always TRY.
Not trying in itself is the biggest failure.

All The Best J
