let me first explain the intention and purpose of my blog.

" LET'S BLOOM LIKE LOTUS"

we all know that how a lotus flower under goes many challenges and thrives in an environment with so many adaptations and challenges to finally bloom in to beautiful flower, whose petals open one by one. But it will grow only in the mud.
In order to grow and gain wisdom , first we must face the mud i.e. obstacles of life and its sufferings.

"It's unlike many other flowers. When the lotus first begins to sprout, it is underwater, making its home in lakes and ponds in areas where the water remains fairly still on the surface. But underneath the surface, the lotus is surrounded by mud and muck and by fish, by insects, and simply dirty, rough conditions"

For time being let’s forget the things we procrastinate, that we don’t like. Let’s concentrate on stuffs we procrastinate, that we like. We postpone so many things in spite having liking towards them. Let me explain with few eg. When you feel like eating something which you like … your mind voice (what if I gain some weight? What if, this food doesn't go well with my health? ) When you feel like wearing a different dress….
