Consequences of “I”

When we start replacing he/she/they by “I “  and “myself” the problem becomes simple to deal as we start to gain control on our life and situations Most of the times we lose patience and wanted things to happen then and there , especially when our ego is hurt . We start giving too much importance to our ego and forget others role in our life. Apologies and regrets don’t work in most situations where the damage is more. True art of living is how we handle our self in most critical situations of life. Sometimes maintaining tolerance and giving time some time helps in overcoming tough issues .But what really makes tough is that every second of our troubled situation looks eternal. More desperate we feel for the time to pass, more slowly it becomes. We become mentally tiered, frustrated, sometimes we even go to the extent of feeling we are worthless in this world, our presence is not important. These, troubled thoughts even leads to think of ending one’s precious life. Adding to all these we will not even able to have good deep sleep.

When, we go the crux of the present helpless situation. That is, the cause for this mental trauma will be; making our mind to think about just one issue over and over, again and again… how hard we try to deviate the mind .In the beginning stages we will be able to divert it with books /listening to music etc.. still our mind keeps rolling with our issues “why this has happened to me? How to come out of this? What wrong did I do? ”etc.. This is the point in life we either become too rigid or too vulnerable. With age it really becomes difficult to change our self.

The more we roll in our troubled thoughts .. we go for sleeping pills, anti depressant, alcohol etc.. with all these stuffs going around with time we lose our health, happiness. There comes a time in life, where we will not be able to sleep without pills. Get addicted to medication. We more or less become artificial insensitive. Either we are dead physically or mentally. Both are the ways we get defeated by our problems.
I strongly believe “before defeating our enemy, understanding our enemy is very important”
Similarly before conquering our negativity, understanding it is very important.

To be cont.
